| Definition |
Paper cutters, such as guillotine paper cutters and paper trimmers, are tools designed to cut large quantities of paper using a sharp blade and significant cutting force. These tools are equipped with safety features such as blade guards, latches, and tension springs to minimize the risk of injury. Proper handling and strict adherence to safety protocols are essential to prevent cuts, lacerations, or other injuries. |
