| Work Site Supervisory Responsibility |
Do
- Ensure crane operator is certified.
- Ensure hazard assessments and inspections are completed by operator(s).
- Ensure rigging is completed by a Worker or Workers certified and trained in rigging structures.
- Ensure Area of Lift has been appropriately barricaded, and only integral Workers are within the Lift Area; at minimum, Area of Lift must be blocked off with tape.
