Records Management Directive
Management will scan, save and retain on file all hard copy documentation regarding any activities for the Health & Safety Program by means of a computer system. This will allow the Health & Safety Program to be monitored for effectiveness and compliance with Applicable Legislation, industry standards and the Certificate of Recognition (COR). The Health & Safety Department will monitor all Safety Documentation systems and requirements in accordance with Qualico standards.
Maintenance System of Health & Safety Records
Retaining all the appropriate records and documents is not only required by Applicable Legislation, it is also an important component of the Qualico Health & Safety Program. Health and safety reporting statistics are a good indicator of overall health and safety performance and help to identify and address trends in incidents and injury.
Historical records and statistics are maintained by regional Health & Safety Departments. Please contact your Regional Safety Manager, as appropriate.
