Communicating and Implementing Results from Past COR Audits

When a COR Audit is complete, Qualico will review the audit results and derive Corrective Action requirements accordingly. Qualico will then communicate the results to all Employees. It is expected that performance communications to Workers include both areas of excellence and areas of improvement.

Once the COR results are communicated, Qualico will address any changes and maintenance that is to be done. They will complete an Action Plan for implementing changes to the HSMS that will pass the COR Audit.

This will include the action item, who it is assigned to, the target and completion dates and who it was reviewed by. Qualico will maintain the action plan and cross reference it to previous COR audit results as necessary. Creating a check list and referring to this action plan at intervals throughout the year to improve Health and safety outcomes before the next audit is expected practice.
